ATTENDANCE OFFICE REMINDERS:

In order to avoid class disruptions, the Attendance Office will not be accepting any gift items such as flowers, balloons and/or gifts to be delivered for students.

If a student is expecting items such as lunches, books, folders or homework to be dropped off, items will be held in the

Attendance Office. It is the student's responsibility to pick these items up when time permits- you will not be called to the office.

All student vehicles require a parking permit. Parking applications can be acquired in the Attendance Office before or after school only. The cost is $2.00.

All student vehicles must be parked in the student parking lot only.

Off Campus Pass requests must be turned in to the Attendance Office by 8:00am.

Students leaving campus due to illness or personal reasons will not be allowed to return the same day. If you need to go home due to illness, you  must obtain a pink pass from your teacher in order  to go to the Health Office. If a student has a Doctor, Dental or comt appointment, it is permissible to return the same day with a valid Doctor, Dental or court note/receipt.   All Off Campus Pass requests are subject to verification.

Students who are late to school must provide the Attendance Office with a parent/guardian note before going to class. If you have an appointment receipt please make sure it is signed by a parent/guardian. Excessive tardy excuses(without an appointment receipt) will be flagged and reported to the Dean of Students.

To avoid 1st period tardies, the Attendance Office will close at 7:52am (at the 1'1 bell). We will only accept tardy notes and Off Campus Pass requests after this time. Students  may return  at break, lunch, or after school with absent notes.

An absent note must be submitted to the Attendance Office within 3 days of you absence.  If you do not bring a note, the absence will result in a truant that you cannot clear.  Remember, 3 truants mean you will NOT be able to attend school dances.

Be sure to check "Parent Connect" on a regular basis. If there are any attendance errors, please come to the Attendance Office and ask for the form to "clear  an attendance  error". Your teacher will require this form in order to clear the error.
